i. The Proposition

Lake Isle Country Club is one of Eastchester's most valuable community assets. We are committed to making it better — every season, in every dimension that matters to its members, at no additional cost to the Town.

What follows is a single, coherent program — five initiatives designed to serve every member of the Lake Isle community, anchored by a flagship investment, and structured as a long-term partnership rather than a one-time gesture.

Comprehensive and Golf members of the 18-hole championship course — men's and ladies' leagues, tournament play, daily rounds, and the membership that gathers before and after their round.

Pool members
Families and weekend members enjoying the swimming pool complex, particularly during Town-sponsored programming throughout the summer season.

Concertgoers
Residents and members attending the Town's free summer concert series on the driving range lawn.

The full membership
Tennis members, Pool & Tennis members, Senior members, and the broader Lake Isle community — all included in the Member Appreciation Dining Program.
iii. What Already Exists

Building on what already exists.

Lake Isle members already have access to a significant hospitality footprint on the property. This program expands it — adding new amenities, new options, and a fourth dedicated venue.

i.
Mulino's at Lake Isle
An award-winning catering venue for weddings, banquets, galas, corporate events, and private social functions. Grand Ballroom, Fairway Room, Gatsby Room, and expansive patio spaces overlooking the manicured golf greens.

Gigante Restaurant & Bar
Upscale Italian dining with a main bar and lounge, al fresco patio, and a signature all-season dining room with fully retractable roof and walls that transform the space into open-air.
iii.
The Snack Shack
A seasonal resort-style café with something for everyone — grilled sandwiches, paninis, burgers, salads, pastries, ice cream, slushies, iced lattes, and ice-cold canned beers and seltzers. Two service windows: pool-side for families, and at the golf turn for members mid-round. Mobile pre-order and QR pickup.

The Terrace Grille will be the fourth venue — and the first dedicated amenity serving the course and concert lawn directly.

iv. The Flagship Initiative

The Terrace Grille
at Lake Isle

A casual yet elevated outdoor bar and grill on the covered terrace at the Pro Shop — adjacent to the Lake Isle Golf Shop, overlooking the course. A permanent enhancement to the property, ready to operate by Memorial Day 2026.

What it includes

A casual yet elevated sports bar and dining concept — without a new kitchen.

Bar
Self-contained portable bar station with draft taps, ice wells, speed rail, and spirits display. No plumbing required.
Kitchen
Food produced and run from the existing Snack Shack kitchen directly below. No new kitchen build.
Seating
50+ seats in a flexible blended layout — bar stools, high-tops, and four-top dining tables.
Entertainment
Weatherproof outdoor TVs — golf, sports, ambient programming.
Atmosphere
Bistro string lights, ceiling fans, boxwood planters, railing flower boxes.
Tournament tie-ins
A natural gathering point for league play and Lake Isle's signature events — "Beat the Pro," the Supervisor's Cup, the Club Championships, and ladies' league functions.
Investment
Buildout, furnishings, bar, TVs, lighting, and décor — undertaken by Eastchester Events at no additional cost to the Town, with incremental improvements each year.

Weekend Patio Bar

A full bar on the Gigante patio every Saturday and Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Cocktails, beer, wine. Convenient for the Lake Isle membership on the property during the Town's summer programming.

Dedicated programming for golf members at Gigante Restaurant, launching this week. Happy hour specials extend to The Terrace Grille on opening. Visits and engagement tracked through SevenRooms guest tagging for ongoing reporting.

vii. The Long-Term Commitment

Not a single year. Every year.

We propose this as a long-term partnership rather than a one-time gesture — a structured, ongoing commitment between Eastchester Events Inc. and the Town to continuously improve Lake Isle and the experience of its members.

  • An annual program of documented improvements and enhanced services at Lake Isle.
  • Improvements valued at fair market replacement cost — what the Town would otherwise pay a third-party contractor.
  • Each year's contributions documented and reported to the Town.
  • All capital improvements remain permanent enhancements to the property.

viii. In Closing

Eastchester Events Inc. has made substantial investments in Lake Isle Country Club since 2014. We operate three venues, employ up to 125 people, and serve thousands of members and guests every year. The commitment to making it better never ends.
